  • Responsibilities:
    • Work alongside Sales and Marketing team to drive pipeline and qualify leads through research, phone, and email
    • Work directly with Enterprise/Large Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline through strategic, personalised outreach to multiple stakeholders within Pigeonhole Live's key prospect and customer accounts

We're looking for talented, experienced product designers who are looking for a new challenge in Singapore and want to be part of a growing start-up with a global impact.

    We pride ourselves on having a sleek, refined and user-friendly Pigeonhole Live product. Join our Product Design Team, where we place heavy emphasis on human-centred design and simple, intuitive user flows and experiences.

    You will be designing experiences for a wide range of audiences, from tech-savvy teens to busy corporate executives, with the goal of encouraging interactivity and driving conversations at both serious and casual meetings. Your work will have an impact across diverse industries, including education, healthcare, government, multinational humanitarian organisations, finance and media.

    We are looking for people with experience shipping products, who have weathered release cycles and understand the details that matter at each stage of product development. You are a perfectionist with a keen eye for pixel perfect interfaces and are attentive to both macro and micro-interactions.

    Requirements:
    • User empathy and attention to user emotions
    • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces

    Pigeonhole Live is built as a single page web app, with JavaScript, node.js and websockets. You will be part of our core software engineering team, working closely with fellow engineers to design and build new improvements to Pigeonhole Live. You will have considerable freedom to try out new technologies, including improvements to our stack, work on tooling and also embark on side projects. You will have opportunities to understand how your code performs at scale, and derive improvements through performance tuning and benchmarking.

    Apart from working with fellow engineers, you will also work closely with our product design team, which places strong emphasis on UI/UX, as well as our devops team, which owns the infrastructure and supports the engineers in CI/CD.   • Responsibilities:

    We’re looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers to join our team. We’re growing fast globally with increasing traffic and load, while also iterating and executing on many product and platform developments. As part of our SRE team, you would own and continue to build out and automate our scalable infrastructure ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently and reliably. You would also develop solutions for continuous monitoring and incorporating stress testing to improve our system performance and uptime. You would also be supporting our software engineers in implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery.

    Requirements:
    • You ideally have 3—5+ years of development experience and extensive operations experience
    • Experience managing high traffic/load services or platforms
    • Familiarity with AWS, including VPC, EC2, ELB, and RDS, Virtual Networking Topologies, Chef, PowerShell/DSC, BASH and more

    Pigeonhole Live is available as software-as-a-service, and we work with hundreds of enterprises who discover, learn and self-serve through our website and Dashboard. We're building our a Resources portal where customers will be able to learn and understand how to use Pigeonhole Live through well-produced content delivered through text, video and images.

    As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to performance measurement. You will help create and curate content across multiple channels that speaks to prospects and customers in different stages of their customer journey. Such content will include website, blog, social media, Help Centre, videos, print and email.

    Requirements:
    • Have experience in B2B content marketing and content creation
    • Have experience developing multiple formats of content, include website, video guides, landing pages, email
    • Worked in a similar role in a SaaS start-up
