Business

  • Senior Sales Account Executive

    We are looking for a total of 2 Senior Sales Account Executives to join our Singapore office.

    Senior Sales Account Executives will focus on acquiring new accounts and grow the Annual Recurring Revenues of target accounts. You are expected to collaborate closely with team members to develop strategies and processes in acquiring and growing target accounts.

    With customers from various industries across over 50 countries globally, there are ample opportunities for you to explore and grow professionally in enterprise sales and business development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be trained with product and industry knowledge
    • Become an expert in Pigeonhole Live
    • Be responsible for achieving the minimum quarterly quota
    • Be expected to exceed quarterly quota, for career progression
    • Proactively acquiring new accounts and generate new pipelines of opportunities
    • Constantly collaborate with team members to sharpen the sales processes and arsenal in improving overall team sales performance
    • Engage and maintain quality relationships with enterprise customers
    • Be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and partners
    • Attend events that use Pigeonhole Live and analyse product/market fit, identify potential turnkey features and observe overall customer experience using Pigeonhole Live at the events

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales with enterprise customers.
    • Proven track records in acquisition of enterprise customers
    • Experience in the Corporate Communications / Events / PR Agencies / Media industries would be a great bonus
    • Must have excellent command of written and spoken English
    • A passion for data and its usefulness to support decisions that drive measurable performance

  • Sales Account Executive

    We are looking for a total of 2 entry-level sales executives to join our team in Singapore office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Profile and qualify leads
    • Contact prospective leads and engage in consultative sales

  • Senior UI/UX Designer

    We are the team behind Pigeonhole Live, a real-time interactive live Q&A platform that companies in over 50 countries use at their live events and meetings. We have done over 20,000 events and meetings around the world, and growing rapidly. We're looking for talented, experienced product designers who are looking for a new challenge in Singapore and want to be part of a growing start-up with a global impact.

    We pride ourselves on having a sleek, refined and user-friendly Pigeonhole Live product. Join our Product Design Team, where we place heavy emphasis on human-centred design and simple, intuitive user flows and experiences.

    You will be designing experiences for a wide range of audiences, from tech-savvy teens to busy corporate executives, with the goal of encouraging interactivity and driving conversations at both serious and casual meetings. Your work will have an impact across diverse industries, including education, healthcare, government, multinational humanitarian organisations, finance and media.

    We are looking for people with experience shipping products, who have weathered release cycles and understand the details that matter at each stage of product development. You are a perfectionist with a keen eye for pixel perfect interfaces and are attentive to both macro and micro-interactions.

    • User empathy and attention to user emotions
    • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces

  • Software Engineer (Full-Stack / JavaScript)

We're looking for talented, experienced software engineers who are looking for a new challenge in Singapore and want to be part of a growing start-up with a global impact.

    Pigeonhole Live is built as a single page web app, with JavaScript, node.js and websockets. You will be part of our core software engineering team, working closely with fellow engineers to design and build new improvements to Pigeonhole Live. You will have considerable freedom to try out new technologies, including improvements to our stack, work on tooling and also embark on side projects. You will have opportunities to understand how your code performs at scale, and derive improvements through performance tuning and benchmarking.

    Apart from working with fellow engineers, you will also work closely with our product design team, which places strong emphasis on UI/UX, as well as our devops team, which owns the infrastructure and supports the engineers in CI/CD. This all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be involved from the early conceptualisation of new platform improvements, all through the end when these are finally shipped and available to our customers globally.

    You will be part of our core development team that develops and maintains our Dashboard and backend systems used by customers for event management. Our web application runs on Symfony backend with Backbone.js and Marionette on the frontend. You will be working on core dashboard functionality, reporting and integrations with payment, CRM, helpdesk.

    Apart from working with fellow engineers, you will also work closely with our product design team, which places strong emphasis on UI/UX, as well as our devops team, which owns the infrastructure and supports the engineers in CI/CD. This all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   • Frontend Web Developer

    As a Frontend Web Developer, you will take ownership and responsibility for building and maintaining our website, knowledge base, blog and other web properties. You will work with our designers as well as our marketing team, in converting designs to interactive web pages. You will also use A/B testing and user funnels, to support the marketing team in optimising their content and inbound marketing strategies.

  • Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps)

    We’re looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers to join our team. We’re growing fast globally with increasing traffic and load, while also iterating and executing on many product and platform developments. As part of our SRE team, you would own and continue to build out and automate our scalable infrastructure ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently and reliably. You would also develop solutions for continuous monitoring and incorporating stress testing to improve our system performance and uptime. You would also be supporting our software engineers in implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery.

    • You ideally have 3 - 5+ years of development experience and extensive operations experience
    • Experience managing high traffic/load services or platforms
    • Familiarity with AWS, including VPC, EC2, ELB, and RDS, Virtual Networking Topologies, Chef, PowerShell/DSC, BASH and more
    • Experience with configuration management and provisioning tools, such as Chef, Puppet, SALT, Vagrant, etc.
    • Experience using container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

    Pigeonhole Live is available as software-as-a-service, and we work with hundreds of enterprises who discover, learn and self-serve through our website and Dashboard. We're building our a Resources portal where customers will be able to learn and understand how to use Pigeonhole Live through well-produced content delivered through text, video and images.

    As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to performance measurement. You will help create and curate content across multiple channels that speaks to prospects and customers in different stages of their customer journey. Such content will include website, blog, social media, knowledge base, videos, print and email.
