When audiences sign in to your event on our website, with SSL enabled, all communications and data between audiences and our servers are encrypted. We employ DigiCert’s High Assurance Extended Validation certificate and the connection to our servers are encrypted with 128-bit encryption. With the extended validation feature, major web browsers will reflect a green status on the address bar. This is also the same technology used by banks and online shopping sites to secure your credit card data in transit.
Data that rests on our servers are encrypted with AES-256. When applied together with SSL, data accumulated from your event will not be transmitted or stored in plaintext.
For accounts with a dedicated Account Manager, and those on our elevated Enterprise support plans, this option can be made available to allow you to remove all event-related data at a time of your choosing.
Unsupported browsers can put your security at risk, are slow and don't work with newer Pigeonhole Live features. To get the latest that Pigeonhole Live has to offer, you will need to upgrade to a modern browser.
